FFBC is governed by an Executive Board comprised of laymen Elders and Deacons. The Elders oversee the spiritual matters of the church, while the Deacons oversee the secular, temporal matters of the church. As the Ruling Elder, Pastor Alex Montoya serves as Board President. Pastors Miguel Anaya, Israel Guerrero, Richard Bargas Jr. and Simon Garcia also participate as non-voting members of the Executive and Elder Boards.
