Adult Bible Fellowship (ABF) classes are the main form of discipleship and fellowship at FFBC. We have classes suitable for all ages, and in order to best meet the needs of our local church body, some classes are structured according to age and/or marital or single status.
We invite our congregation to join one of our many ABF classes that meet on Sunday mornings at 9:00 and 10:30 AM. ABF groups also meet outside of church for fellowship and special activities.
“When you come together… Let all things be done for building up.” — 1 Corinthians 14:26
If you will be attending FFBC for the first time on Sunday morning, we have reserved parking for you! Just look for “First Time Visitor” sign in front of our church, or ask one of our helpful parking lot workers wearing an orange vest.
Also be sure to register your first-time visit and receive a free gift in the foyer after church service.
Are you new in Christ? Do you want to better understand your new faith? Do you want to be baptized as a Christian believer? If yes, you need to join our New Life in Christ class where your questions can be answered.
Four-week classes are held each month and meet Sundays in Room 207 at 9:00 AM or 6:00 PM. Contact church office (562-695-3322) to register or for any questions.
We have started our annual MGO Christmas Toy Drive for children in El Florido, Mexico. Please drop off new, unwrapped toys for kids and youth in any of the large boxes in the church foyer. We will be collecting toys through December 3.
The 2025 Men’s Christmas Breakfast will be held in FFBC Herrera Hall on Saturday, December 6 from 7:00 to 9:00 AM. Sponsored by Workmen of the Word. RSVP with Paul Roa at 323-371-9696.
Special guest speaker: Pastor Alex Montoya. Cost is $10.00; food will be catered. We suggest bringing a dessert to share with others.
Families, join us for our annual Children’s Christmas Program at 6:00 PM in our main worship hall. Children will perform various songs with a unique Christmas message.
To be followed by the Bethlehem Marketplace in the church gymnasium, where a first-century Bethlehem is recreated complete with various vendors offering their wares ranging from jewelry, headbands, and even locust and wild honey! Of course only shekels are accepted as payment (provided to kids at entrance).
Our church Nominating Committee is accepting Elder and Deacon applications for the 2026-27 term of office. Men who are FFBC members and meet the qualifications of 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1 may apply or be nominated.
To apply, contact any member of the Nominating Committee: Daniel Gutierrez, Greg Zuniga, Ray Murillo, Mario Peres, Val Herron, or Frank Rios. Deadline to apply is December 3, 2025.
FFBC believes in church membership, which serves to provide accountability and prepare believers for church ministry service. Twelve (12) week classes are held each quarter, and cover Articles of Faith, doctrine, church governance, and ministry opportunities.
Classes meet Sundays in Room 206 at 9:00 AM or 6:00 PM. New classes begin January 4, 2026.
Contact church office (562-695-3322) to register. Pre-requisites include: salvation in Christ and baptism as a born-again believer.
